In the evening on memorial day our power started flickering. I tried to troubleshoot it myself. No luck . Called at 8am next morning. Michael and an apprentice showed just before 10am . They check everything out. One leg of P.G.&E. line had come loose from the pole . I had to have power company climb the pole but Bassards elect. Was awesome. Right on the button as the time frame they gave . The guys were friendly , efficient and knew how to check out a 140yo house . I thought because it was an emergency I'd get racked across the coals , but no . They we're very reasonable. When we renovate , we're going to use Bassard . I'll tell everyone that asks for a reference for elect work them . Thanks for your help and great job .

Absolutely awesome experience today with Bassards Electric! Michael and Alex showed up same day and not only fixed the problem, but also got to the root of it and explained everything to me in a manner I could understand. I will have them back to upgrade my panel and for any other electrical jobs at my house.

We were starting to get super worried when our lights were flickering and appliances weren't working right. Last minute on a Saturday Mike showed up and was extremely knowledgeable and tried to give us the best price possible. After finishing he knew something else was going on and called the electric company to come out and sure enough there was an issue on their end too! He was awesome and we definitely want to use him again when we upgrade our electrical system. Thanks Mike!
