Mike did a very thorough job ...at a fair price. At one point he told me he had to go get different parts ...he was back shortly with just the right parts to complete the job perfectly... I think he really wants to do the best job he can...
In the evening on memorial day our power started flickering. I tried to troubleshoot it myself. No luck . Called at 8am next morning. Michael and an apprentice showed just before 10am . They check everything out. One leg of P.G.&E. line had come loose from the pole . I had to have power company climb the pole but Bassards elect. Was awesome. Right on the button as the time frame they gave . The guys were friendly , efficient and knew how to check out a 140yo house . I thought because it was an emergency I'd get racked across the coals , but no . They we're very reasonable. When we renovate , we're going to use Bassard . I'll tell everyone that asks for a reference for elect work them . Thanks for your help and great job .
Absolutely awesome experience today with Bassards Electric! Michael and Alex showed up same day and not only fixed the problem, but also got to the root of it and explained everything to me in a manner I could understand.
